From tree-hugging to self-hugging with The 7 Aha!s of Highly Enlightened Souls by Mike George (O Books,£5.99). Mike has a funny clear cut style and his aim is to point out the illusions, myths and obstacles that keep us from stress-free happiness. Sounds good? The book is inspiring and full of revelations about how we constantly tie\r\nourselves up in old patterns and conditioning. His method is to first of all describe these obstacles, then explain how they are overcome and finally tell you how to do it. Now in its seventh printing, the book rewards being read again and again for fresh insight. I really like the kooky wee illustrations too.
