A trip to the North East of Scotland in the October sunshine, we managed to choose the one week of sunny weather which was really quite fortuitous. We had been invited to go and see the new Crystal House Retreat at The Richmond Hotel in Strathpeffer. Our inherent nosy nature aside it didn’t take much to persuade us to detour from the Black Isle as we have old family ties and memories from the area.

Who do you think you were? |

It was with a mild sense of trepidation that I made my way to Paisley for my appointment with Jen Treaner for a past life regression. I really wasn’t sure what to expect and had a few worries about whether or not I’d be able to access the information within my slightly befuddled brain that Jen would need to work her magic. When I arrived Jen put me completely at ease, she explained why a regression session may be helpful and I might expect. What comes up during the regression session is different for each individual and there is no way of knowing before you step in to the session what may come up. Jen explained that some of the fears, phobias and emotional issues that we experience in our day to day lives could be a re- creation of traumatic soul memories.

I entered the Transformational Breathing workshop at Gather with a positive frame of mind but not necessarily expecting fireworks. After all, how much could I really take from a two hour workshop which focused on simple breathing? It’s a skill I felt I had got the hang of after twenty-seven years with relative competency.
